week 4 weigh in...

Had a 1 lb gain this week...but I kinda knew it would happen. I've been home sick for most of the week, with no appetite and when I did eat, I didn't really care much for points. Since I was contagious, I couldn't work at the gym...and then I had a bit of setback (I had pink eye and found out I was allergic to the eye drops...hmph)

I'll get back on track this week!!! :) Little discouraged, but i can do it! Even with Mardi Gras, I will do it!! :)

Week 3 Weigh In...

Another 3.5 lbs lost...bringing my total to 7.5 lbs in 3 weeks!

We had dinner with my SIL tonight...she has a stability ball...must get one of these! I sat on while watching TV and you can totally feel it working your core muscles and calves and thighs!!

Weigh In...week 2

Still a loss, but not as much as I would have liked. But like I said...a loss is a loss!

0.6 lbs, which brings me to 4 lbs total! I talked with the people there and got some ideas from my sister, so I just need to work on those for next week! :)

Since I did have a loss, I treated myself to a cinnamon melt and a yogurt parfait! First time to McDonalds in almost 2.5 weeks! :-) The cinnamon melt was a splurge but the parfait wasn't too bad at only 3 points. Plus, I got some dairy and fruit out of the deal!

goals for this week

since i'm doing fairly well with keeping within points for the day this week i will be focusing on exercise. WeightWatchers gives you excellent workout programs including a treadmill and bicycle program. the complex we live in has both! GO ME!

the hurdle...TREAT DAY! Every month at work, we get together to celebrate the month's birthdays with treats. I'll be hiding in my cubicle tomorrow, that's for sure. I plan on munching on 0 or 1 point foods and if I have a snack, i'll really limit how much!!! :)

I'll be happy with any loss, but I'm hoping to see another good loss like last week!

Sunday

Breakfast:

2 slices WW Wheat Bread - 1 points
1 slice American Cheese - 2 points

Lunch:
Pizza Rolls - 9.5 points

Dinner:
Nachos, with lean ground beef in taco seasoning, fat free sour cream and salsa - 11 points

Anytime:
Quaker Mini Delights Caramel Drizzle - 2 points
2 chocolate cookies - 3 points

Total for day - 28.5/30 points

Saturday

Breakfast:

2 slices WW bread - 1 point
1 slice American Cheese - 2 points
WW White Chocolate Raspberry yogurt - 1 point
32 oz. water

Lunch:
Tostinos Pizza Rolls - 9.5 points

Dinner:
3 tlbsp catalina dressing - 1 point
Salad - 0 points
3/4 cup white rice - 3 points
Chicken nuggets - 5 pieces - 7 points

Anytime:
Weight watchers Chocolate Chip cookie dough sundae - 3 points

TOTAL: 28.5/30 points
